Hilary Duff is a multi-tasker! It's hard driving a cart with one hand. Have you tried? I have - and it's not pretty. Looks like Hilary has figured it out. She picked up her grocery's and a coffee this week while out in L.A.
It is definitely hard to drive a shopping cart with one hand!
